     I’m a huge believer in Turket Tail extract now, just make sure you drink enough water while taking it as it can slightly discolor your urine and there have been mixed studies on it being hard on the kidneys without proper hydration. Be sure to stick with it, drink enough water, and you’ll see the benefits from it.
