Replacement/ Refund policy by rooted

In the unfortunate event that you are not satisfied with our products, you have an option of informing us within 07 days of the date of receipt of delivery.Β  To initiate the return process, please email us at support@rootedactives.com along with your order number and reason for replacement/refund. If in case the ordered product is found ineligible for a refund, we will send the product back to you. Rooted Active's would have the complete right to decide whether the order can be returned or not, the customer shall not dispute the same and accept Rooted Active's final decision.

We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:

Β Β Β  The item may be damaged during transit
Β Β Β  There might be a manufacturing defect
Β Β Β  A wrong item delivered

In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost or refund the complete amount if the request for replacement/return of the item is made within 7 days after receipt of the package. To get a refund or replacement, email us at support@rootedactives.com with your order number and the reason for the replacement/refund. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return/replacement without our confirmation.

If the replacement item is not available, we will try to give the customer the best possible alternatives, but in the end, the customer’s choice will be preferred.If the customer has already paid, a 100% refund will be processed if the product is not available or the product is not shipped.

Refund of Payment

Payment deduction for a product will be reversed if it is made by a credit card. In case of Cash on Delivery or Bank Deposits as modes of payment, we will issue a cheque in the registered name of the customer.Β  Refunds for online payments are typically processed within 10 days.

Cancellation of order by User

Your order can only be cancelled if it is yet to be shipped. To cancel our order, please write to our customer support team at support@rootedactives.com with your order-related details.Β  In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the refund shall be processed by us within 7 business days after the cancellation request has been acknowledged. Orders Once Shipped Cannot Be Cancelled.

Cancellation of order by Rooted Active’s

Rooted Active's reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order placed for a product, due to any reason (incorrect listed price, etc), irrespective of whether the order has been confirmed or payment made, and a 100% payment shall be refunded to the customer in such a case within 07 working days.
