Frequently Asked Questions
Beetroot, CoQ10 and antioxidant-rich fruits are among the most popular options. The right choice depends on your health, so speak to your doctor first.
Beetroot nitrates are studied for supporting healthy blood pressure that is already in the normal range. Our products do not treat high blood pressure or replace your medicine.
Only with your doctor's approval. Some ingredients can add to the effect of blood pressure medicine.
Give them 8 to 12 weeks of daily use alongside exercise and a healthy diet.
People with heart conditions, low blood pressure, or those taking nitrates, blood thinners or BP medicine should not start without a doctor's advice.
Heart Health Supplements
Heart health supplements support healthy circulation and a heart-friendly routine alongside diet, exercise and regular check-ups. Our range includes BP Care with beetroot and CoQ10, Power Beets for blood flow, Super Reds for antioxidants and Shiitake and Chaga mushrooms. None of them replace prescribed medicine.
What are heart health supplements?
Heart health supplements are products that support the normal function of the heart and blood vessels. They work best as part of a heart-healthy lifestyle, not as a replacement for one.
Most heart-focused ingredients work in one of three ways:
- Supporting blood flow, for example beetroot nitrates and L-Citrulline, which help the body make nitric oxide.
- Supporting cell energy, for example CoQ10, which heart cells use to produce energy.
- Providing antioxidants, for example grape seed extract, olive leaf extract, hibiscus, berries and mushrooms like Chaga.
Heart disease is the leading cause of death in India and worldwide, so prevention through daily habits matters more than any single product.
Who should consider heart health supplements?
Heart health supplements are most often chosen by adults who want to look after their heart as they age. That includes:
- Adults over 40, especially with a family history of heart disease.
- People with desk jobs who sit most of the day.
- People already making changes to diet and exercise and wanting extra support.
- Active adults who want better circulation during exercise.
If you already have a heart condition, high blood pressure or high cholesterol, you need a doctor's care. Please do not use supplements to replace your medicine, and ask your doctor before adding any new product.

Beetroot capsules support nitric oxide and blood flow. If you prefer a drink, try beetroot powder. See our full beetroot supplements collection.
Antioxidants from fruit
Super reds tablets give you 21 antioxidant-rich fruits and berries in a tablet, with no caffeine.
Heart-friendly mushrooms
Shiitake capsules contain eritadenine, studied in relation to healthy cholesterol levels. Chaga capsules are rich in antioxidants.
What habits matter most for heart health?
Lifestyle has a much bigger effect on heart health than any supplement. These are the habits cardiologists talk about most:
- Move daily. Aim for at least 150 minutes of brisk walking or other exercise a week.
- Eat more plants. Vegetables, fruit, dal, whole grains, nuts and seeds.
- Cut back on salt, sugar and fried food. Packaged snacks are a major source of hidden salt.
- Do not smoke, and limit alcohol.
- Sleep seven to eight hours.
- Manage stress with walks, breathing exercises or hobbies.
- Know your numbers. Check blood pressure, blood sugar and cholesterol every year after 30.
Our post on heart health tips for a healthier heart explains these in more detail.
How do you take heart health supplements?
Take them at the same time each day, usually with breakfast. Give any product 8 to 12 weeks of daily use alongside the habits above.
Can you take more than one?
Yes, but avoid doubling up on the same ingredient. For example, BP Care and Power Beets both contain beetroot, so check the total dose with your doctor if you want to take both.
Do heart health supplements work for young adults?
Most young, healthy adults do not need them. Exercise, a good diet and not smoking matter far more. If heart disease runs in your family, speak to your doctor about screening first.
Should you check your blood pressure while taking them?
Yes. If you are using heart health supplements, keep a home BP monitor and check regularly. Share the readings with your doctor.
What does a heart-healthy morning look like?
Start with a glass of water and a 20 to 30 minute brisk walk. Have a breakfast with protein and fibre, such as besan chilla, poha with peanuts and vegetables, or oats with nuts. Take your heart health supplements with breakfast, check your blood pressure once or twice a week if your doctor has asked you to, and plan to take the stairs or walk during the workday.
None of these steps is dramatic on its own. Together, repeated every day, they make the biggest difference to long-term heart health. Heart health supplements are the final layer on top of this routine, not the foundation of it.
What is CoQ10 and why is it in heart formulas?
CoQ10 is a natural compound that your cells use to make energy. The heart uses a lot of energy, so it contains high levels of CoQ10. Natural levels fall with age, and certain cholesterol medicines called statins can lower them further. Read more in our post on CoQ10 benefits, dosage and uses.
How do you choose good heart health supplements in India?
- Clear ingredients and doses.
- No promise to cure or treat blood pressure, cholesterol or heart disease.
- Ingredients with research behind them, such as beetroot nitrates and CoQ10.
- Lab testing. Ours are on the certificates page.
Are heart health supplements safe?
Heart health supplements are safe for most healthy adults at the label dose. Beetroot can turn urine pink, which is harmless.
Always speak to your doctor first if you have a heart condition, high or low blood pressure, take blood pressure medicine, nitrates for angina, blood thinners, statins or diabetes medicine, or are pregnant or breastfeeding. Beetroot, garlic and hibiscus can add to the effect of some heart medicines. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. For an overview of heart disease and how to prevent it, see the World Health Organization's page on cardiovascular diseases.
