Frequently Asked Questions
A flavoured powder designed to be mixed into water or a smoothie, rather than swallowed as a capsule.
Ours are naturally sweetened and free from artificial sweeteners.
Put the liquid in first, then the powder. Shake, wait ten seconds, shake again.
Yes. Greens and mushroom mixes blend well. Beetroot is usually kept on its own.
Yes, they are designed as daily supplements.
Supplement Drink Mixes Online in India
A drink mix is a supplement designed to be enjoyed rather than endured. That sounds like a small distinction and it is the main reason some supplements get taken for years while others are abandoned in week three. Drink mix supplements are designed to be enjoyed rather than endured, which is why some get taken for years and others are abandoned in week three.
This collection covers the flavoured mixes in our range. For plain single-ingredient extract powders, see powder supplements, and for the wider drinks range including coffee and tablets, see nutrition drinks.
What We Stock
Power Beets Watermelon Mint
Power Beets watermelon mint drink mix is our most complete performance drink. Beetroot for nitrate and circulation, plus BCAAs, L-arginine, L-carnitine and resveratrol for stamina and recovery.
Naturally sweetened, keto-friendly, vegan and caffeine-free. Built to be drunk before a session rather than swallowed quickly.
Power Beets Mix Berry
Power Beets powder in mix berry is pure organic beetroot concentrated into a fine powder. More neutral than the watermelon mint version, and the better choice if you want to control the dose or add it to an existing drink.
Power Greens
Power Greens powder combines 30+ organic greens with probiotics and digestive enzymes. It closes the vegetable gap that most people working long hours have.
Mushroom Extract Powders
Every mushroom in our range comes as a powder that mixes into drinks, including Lion's Mane, Cordyceps, Chaga and the 7-mushroom complex.
The mushroom drinks sample pack lets you try several before committing to a full tub, which is the sensible way to find out what you actually like.
Mixing Drink Mix Supplements Properly
Almost every complaint about a drink mix is really a complaint about technique. Four rules solve nearly all of it.
Liquid first, powder second. Powder into an empty shaker forms a paste at the bottom that never fully breaks up. This one change fixes most clumping.
Match the temperature. Cool or room temperature for beetroot and greens. Warm but not boiling for mushroom extracts, which you are rehydrating rather than brewing.
Shake, pause ten seconds, shake again. The pause is what lets the powder hydrate.
Rinse immediately. Beetroot stains and dried greens are far harder to clean an hour later.
Getting the Taste Right
If a drink mix does not taste good to you, you will stop taking it, so it is worth solving rather than tolerating.
Add body. Half a banana, a spoon of curd or a splash of apple juice transforms a greens drink.
Use cold water and ice for beetroot mixes, particularly the watermelon mint, which is built to be refreshing.
Do not over-dilute. Counter-intuitively, too much water often makes a greens drink taste worse rather than milder, because the flavour thins out into something watery and vegetal.
Keep beetroot separate. It is strong enough that it dominates anything you combine it with.
Building a Routine Around Drinks
Morning: greens in water, or a mushroom powder in coffee.
Pre-workout: beetroot, 60 to 90 minutes before.
Evening: Reishi powder in warm milk.
Three drinks in slots you already have. A fourth usually means one gets quietly dropped.
Storage, Which Matters More for Powders
Powders are considerably more vulnerable to Indian conditions than capsules.
Keep the scoop dry. A wet scoop returned to the tub is the most common cause of a ruined powder.
Close the lid properly. Humidity is the enemy.
Do not refrigerate. Condensation on opening does more damage than a stable warm shelf.
Keep away from the stove and out of sunlight.
If your powders keep clumping despite this, that is a legitimate reason to move to capsules. A clumped tub you avoid opening is worse than a capsule you actually take.
Practical Notes
Beetroot can turn urine or stool pink or red. It is harmless.
Start greens and any fibre-heavy mix at half a serving for the first week. Adding fermentable fibre suddenly causes temporary bloating in a lot of people, and building up over two weeks avoids most of it.
Why Rooted Actives

• Ingredients named individually rather than hidden in a blend

Drink Mix or Capsule
Worth settling before you buy, because the answer is mostly about you rather than about the product.
Choose a drink mix if you already make something in the morning, you want to adjust the dose, you want to combine several things in one cup, or you simply prefer drinking a supplement to swallowing one.
Choose capsules if you travel often, your mornings are rushed, you live somewhere very humid, or you dislike the taste of any of this.
Neither is more effective. The extract is the same, and the absorption difference is not meaningful. What differs is whether the product is still in use three months from now, and that is decided entirely by which one fits your morning.
Many people run both: a drink mix at home, capsules in the work bag and the suitcase.
Sugar and Sweeteners
Since drink mixes have to taste good, it is fair to ask what makes them taste good.
Ours are naturally sweetened and contain no artificial sweeteners. Check the nutrition panel for the exact amount per serving and count it as part of your day rather than treating a supplement as nutritionally invisible.
A drink mix with a great deal of added sugar is not a health product with a flavour; it is a soft drink with an ingredient list. That is the line worth watching when comparing brands.
Whichever mix you choose, give it eight to twelve weeks of near-daily use before judging it, and start any fibre-heavy blend at half a serving so the first fortnight is comfortable.
Every mix here is third-party tested for purity and potency before it ships, and you can check exactly where each ingredient comes from on our ingredients page.
Storage decides more than people expect. Drink mix supplements are far more vulnerable to Indian humidity than capsules, and a wet scoop returned to the tub will ruin a good product within weeks. Most drink mix supplements fail on storage rather than on formulation, which is why the scoop matters as much as the blend.
